3 Labourers Buried Alive, As Well Caves In
Three persons, yesterday, lost their lives at the Trans-Nkisi Federal Housing Estate in the 33 Area of Onitsha, Anambra State, after a well they were digging caved in and buried them alive.
Two of the victims, who were yet to be identified at press time, were said to be citizens of Akwa Ibom State, resident at the estate and were hired by a another resident to dig a water well.
According to the source, as they got close to about 15 feet depth, the well suddenly caved in and covered them up.
